    The JUNOS Associate exam is designed for experienced networking professionals with beginner-intermediate knowledge of the Juniper Networks JUNOS Software, networking fundamentals and basic internet routing. The JNCIA-JUNOS is a required prerequisite for the JNCIS-SEC certification. The following certifications are acceptable substitutes for the JNCIA-JUNOS requirement: JNCIA-ER or JNCIA-M.
